3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Funds are returned only to the payment method used for the deposit, or to an approved method linked to the account.

Before making a withdrawal request, ensure that all wagering requirements on your account have been met. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal may be held.

3.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jay9 bd offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, account verification and a successful first deposit must be completed.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the wagering requirement must be met: ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

For the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — this applies to the bonus only, not the total balance. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to bypass bonus terms, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or trying to gain an advantage through coordinated betting will result in cancellation of that account's bonus, and related winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Cashback

Regular members receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total wins). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jay9 bd platform:

• Playing in a fraudulent manner or using software to interfere with the system
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Coordinating with other users to determine outcomes
• Attempting to interfere with platform security

5.2 Right to Close Accounts

In the event of a violation of any of the above terms, jay9 bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Technical Issues
